Refund And Returns Policy

Our years of experience has helped us craft a simple yet effect ordering process which is as follows

• On the finalization of the outfit & the color 50% advance (payable by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer) is requested to begin the process of construction the outfit.
• On the successful reception of the payment, a custom measurement sheet is sent, all measurements are to be taken in inches.
• Once we receive the measurements they go through a verification process and then the outfit is put into construction.
• A few images will be shared while the garment is in construction (via Facebook messenger, WhatsApp or email)
• The outfit will take 15 days or more to construct depending on the intricacy of the design.
• Once the outfit is ready a few photos and a video will be shared.
• On the successful verification of all fittings and client satisfaction with the look, a bill for the remaining 50% payment would be raised.
• We provide different payable courier and insurance services based on your needs.
• The outfit will be shipped once all pending payment has been made.
• We are more than happy to receive images from you showing us how wonderful you look in the dress on your special occasion.
